Fault: Set-up instability.
Quick Fix: Improve stability during the swing.
Conditioning Move: The simplest variations can make ball exercises more demanding, even for a skilled athlete. As demonstrated here, placing arms out to the sides will help create a more stable foundation. Keeping the back of the hands on the ground will reinforce good posture. When you become more skilled with this ball-conditioning move, cross arms over the chest to make the move more challenging.
This move will reinforce core stability and at address and throughout the golf swing.
