Conditioning Move: Lie over the ball with toes on the ground. Slowly roll onto the hands and hold. Then slowly roll back on the toes and hold.

Rolling over the stability ball promotes a state of relaxation for the discs of the spine. It also helps to relieve pressure incurred from repetitive activities (for example sitting all day at a computer).
