Fault:
Incorrect posture and spine angle.

Quick Fix: Basic stabilization exercises can help improve poor posture. In addition these can also encourage a correct spine angle throughout the swing.

Conditioning Move: The use of a dowel across the lower back will encourage slow and controlled movement. This added control would further engage the core musculature creating a stabilized, properly aligned body. Kneel on all fours. Place a dowel across the lower back. Lift one arm forward parallel to the floor (thumb should point up). Repeat move on the other side. Then perform this same move while lifting the opposite leg straight up as shown here.
