Golf Fitness Move: Lie on a long round foam roller. Place one small half-foam roller on either side. Place a small inflatable ball under the head for support. Retract and bend arms down and into the half foam roller.
This will encourage better posture, strengthen the upper back muscles and reduce a hunched upper back posture.
